Cookie policy

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage on your browser. Cookies are small text files between the browser on your terminal and the server. Cookies and other identifiers have a specified expiry date, after which the browser deletes the identifier. We use these technologies to deliver functionality, personalisation, analytics and marketing targeting. Functional cookies and local storage are used, for example, for customer identification, login maintenance and shopping cart functions. For these activities, the use of cookies and local storage and acceptance of their use is mandatory. Functional cookies and local storage variables set by the server will remain in the browser for 15min-24 months, unless you explicitly delete them in your browser settings. Visiting the website will reset cookies and local storage variables if the browser allows it.

The partners and technologies we use for analytics and marketing targeting, such as pixel tags and cookies, help us better understand our customers' behaviour and tell us which products, features and services our customers are interested in. The data used is anonymised wherever possible. Otherwise, we will treat the data as personal to the extent that the identifier contains customer targeting information, such as an IP address. Even identifiers that can be linked to the customer in some way are treated as personal data. The validity period of the tags is 30s-24 months.

We use Google Analytics for analytics related to the use of our website, popular products, trends and sales and, with your consent, for marketing targeting. The information sent to Google contains only anonymised or pseudonymised data. Read more about how Google Analytics processes your data.

In addition to the privacy features of the account manager, you can opt out of the identifiers used for marketing targeting by enabling the Do Not Track function in your browser and setting your browser to reject third-party cookies. When logged into a customer account, the privacy settings in the account manager override the browser's Do Not Track function.
